Junior Appalachian Musicians, Inc. is proud to partner with IBMA 2024 Bluegrass Live! brought to the City of Raleigh and sponsored by PNC. The Junior Appalachian Musicians (JAM) Stage on Martin Street is part of the FREE street festival open to the public on Friday & Saturday. This stage will host multiple youth performers representing Junior Appalachian Musicians from the Central Appalachian region where JAM offers services to support after school programs for children to learn bluegrass and old time music traditions.  Many of these performers are alumni of the footprint of the organization; more than 60 traditional music education programs (“JAM”) are located in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia and West Virginia!
