a world in which all children have the opportunity to experience community through the joy of participating in traditional mountain music together.

Our mission

is to provide communities with the support and tools they need to teach children to play and dance to traditional old time and bluegrass music.

Howdy everyone! The staff at the Regional JAM, Inc office would like to thank all of our affiliated programs for this 2012-2013 school year. The JAM program model continues to sprout wings and fly, and we can congratulate 22 different programs throughout Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina this year for providing traditional music education to youth throughout the mountains and beyond.
