Gregory Lynn Trump, 61, passed away Wednesday, November 4, 2020 in Newmanstown, PA. He was born in Ephrata, PA on November 23, 1958; son of Richard Trump and Ramona Wilkins Trump. Greg was a dedicated and longstanding member of Saint Paul’s United Church of Christ in Schaefferstown. He had a contagious laugh that naturally raised the spirits of those around him. Coupled with his love of Christ and easy-going demeanor, it was always a joy to have him in your presence. Greg’s favorite pastime was playing his banjo. His talents and love for bluegrass music were honed at a young age as a member of the Trump Family Bluegrass Band. They traveled up and down the east coast delighting crowds at festivals and shows. Our family is deeply saddened by the sudden passing of Greg. Please help us honor his spirit by making a donation to Junior Appalachian Musicians.
